Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days

• Original shipping costs are non‑refundable, unless the item is faulty or supplied in error

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.

• Clear photos (if applicable)

• Your order number

Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Electrical parts that have been installed or wired

• Special‑order or clearance items

• Items returned outside the stated return timeframe

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
